West Africa Market Entry, Technology, Trade & Labour Consultancy
Africa for Africans.
We bridge the gap between global business capability and West African opportunity — with particular depth in Mauritania, Senegal, Ghana, and Mali. Not as observers. As participants.
Consult2.Africa is a West Africa market entry, technology, trade, and labour consultancy founded by Mohammad Bilal Sayed and Raees Mukuddem.
Our founding principal spent eight years living and working in Mauritania in humanitarian infrastructure. He speaks English, Arabic, French, and Urdu, holds institutional relationships across Mauritanian government and civil society, and understands the region not as an observer — but as a participant.
Together, our principals offer something genuinely rare: ground-level West African relationships, South African corporate delivery experience, deployable ICT and digital signage technology, and established networks across the India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh corridor for skills and labour sourcing.
A small but quietly growing economy, where recent discoveries of offshore gas, oil, and minerals are opening new horizons for business, investment, and partnership.
Approximately 5.5 million (2026). One of the least densely populated countries in Africa, with half the population in and around Nouakchott.
GDP growth of 4.2% in 2025, driven by the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim gas project, iron ore, gold, fishing, and agriculture.
The Khidmaty e-government platform (2024) and national identity system Houwiyeti anchor a growing digital transformation push. World Bank CPF 2026–2030 targets digital infrastructure.
A revised Investment Code (2025) and new PPP Law (2024) make it increasingly straightforward for businesses and professionals to establish a presence — with a one-stop-shop registration agency.
Mauritanian goods enter China duty-free (98% of exports) since December 2023. AGOA eligibility restored in January 2024, restoring US market access.
An Islamic Republic. Business is built on personal relationships, trust, and patience. Arabic is the primary language of commerce. Cultural intelligence is essential.
Eight years of immersive, on-ground experience in Mauritania. Not a study tour. Lived knowledge, in Arabic and French.
We are not here to extract value from the continent. We are here to connect it to itself and bring the right capability in, on Africa's own terms.
ICT, digital signage, trade, market entry, labour sourcing. We bring operational capability, not theory. ENRA Technologies is our technical backbone.
